Control your feelings

From a neuroscientific point of view frustration is what you feel when you embark on an action that does not deliver the outcome you expected. 

This shows two things: A. How you react to the disappointment is yours to control. B. How you establish your expectations is yours to control. 

Control is not about suppression of emotions then. It is about understanding what originates them. 

Control starts with you.
